Another draft year to look forward to for the Chicago Bulls as we approach this remarkable day Thursday. It’s been 31 years (2 rounds) now of glory and fame for each draftee, and there is plenty to talk about on all cylinders. Within these 30+ years, there has been an establishment of a rapid, growing league we have developed in the United States.

We are bringing in guys from all over the world who are first-class citizens both on and off the floor. They are champions, winners, role models, and serve the community with an utmost positive approach day in and day out.

Even though the Bulls only hold one lone (No. 38) pick in this draft, there are a ton of prospects who would mesh tremendously well with the current Bulls squad. These players surely shouldn’t be taken for granted within the Bulls organization, as a lot of these guys could break through and significantly assist this team.

Who the Chicago Bulls would have to go all out for in the 2021 NBA Draft?

We are in need of guard depth; particularly at point, and a big man who can do it all down low. This second round will still be something insanely special, and it is uncertain who will still be around by this time. However, with that being said; there are several guys that carry a heavy amount of respect who would be promising, pivotal, and pertinent playmakers for the Bulls when this time comes around.

The time is now to show exactly why and how these players have the statistics and big numbers to get that eighth nod in the second round. If the Bulls were able to get one of the following players, they would be dangerous contenders for a playoff berth. Let’s hit up these three guys who would be, “no question”, a definite cakewalk to ignite this Bulls franchise. But the Bulls would need to trade up to get these guys.

  • Cade Cunningham, PG, OSU
  • Jalen Green, SG, NBA G-League (Ignite)
  • Evan Mobley

The night of the 2021 NBA Draft is set for July 29. The Bulls hold the 38th overall pick in the second round after losing the first-round draft pick to the Orlando Magic after finishing outside of the top four in the lottery last month.
