Chicago Bulls All-Star representative Zach LaVine is just getting started.

LaVine has nothing left to prove to either fans or the rest of the NBA. He is a bonified All-Star and among the games elite scorers with the ball in his hands. That doesn’t mean his business is finished.

Every time he speaks publicly he oozes both confidence and a desire to get better as a player. That isn’t going to change anytime soon. While he has checked one box for season-long goals in making the All-Star game, there are still many boxes for him to check as both an individual player and the leader of the Bulls.

LaVine fins himself positioned to make a run at an All-NBA team this season. That may have sounded crazy coming into this year but now is a very real possibility. If his numbers remain and he wills this team into the playoffs he’ll have a strong argument to make open of the three All-NBA teams.

Additionally, it’s clear he wants to show the league he is more than just a stat guy. The best way to do so in getting this Bulls team into the eastern conference playoffs. LaVine’s unfinished business will be the final point he needs to make in proving himself as a superstar player.
