#4: Isaiah Collier

Collier is a point guard who has been mocked in the top 10 and even as the number one pick in early-season mock drafts.

The Bulls can’t count on Lonzo Ball playing next season and could look for a floor general who can take over that role.

Collier had an up and down year at USC, but he has flashed big-time playmaking ability as a big, strong guard who can bully his way into the lane. If the Bulls do run it back with LaVine and DeRozan, then they will need someone to get them the ball. He definitely needs to cut down his turnovers and improve his efficiency, but could be the future playmaker the Bulls need and many scouts do believe he has top-10 talent.

Even if Ball returns, Collier could play behind him for a season and form a great backcourt duo with Coby White in the future.
