One of the more interesting Bulls rumors of the season thus far came about this week with the idea that the front office could be looking into the possibility of adding Boston Celtics point guard Dennis Schroder at the trade deadline. Executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas and general manager Marc Eversley look to be interested in adding some backcourt depth for the Bulls at the deadline next week.
Come Feb. 10, the Bulls could wind up being one of the more aggressive buyers among teams out of the Eastern Conference at the trade deadline. We shouldn’t expect the Bulls to be as aggressive as they were last season at the deadline when they gave up a lot to get two-time All-Star center Nikola Vucevic from the Orlando Magic.
