2021 NBA Mock Draft 2.0: Post-NCAA 2020-21 season
Although the Chicago Bulls are without a first round selection in this year’s draft, due to the Nikola Vucevic trade, the Bulls will still have an opportunity to select a player in the second round of the draft. Now we can look ahead to what a 2021 NBA Mock Draft would look like concerning the Bulls in particular.
This class is one of the deeper ones in recent history, and although it hurts not to have a first round pick with all of the talent on the board, the Bulls could certainly grab a quality player with their lone draft pick.
Currently, the Bulls are slated to pick 40th overall in the 2021 NBA Draft. This is their own selection, but Chicago has the right to swap its 2021 second round pick with the New Orleans Pelicans, who are currently picking 41st overall in the second round. This selection will mark the third draft pick made by new Vice President of Basketball Operations, Arutras Karnisovas.
This article will take readers through the first forty picks of the 2021 NBA Draft. The order of the mock draft is based on the current NBA standings.
All draft picks will be assumed to be retained by the teams that currently hold them, in other words, there will be no mock trades. In addition to the pick, each selection will include the prospects’ stats, an overview of the player, and why they are a good fit for whichever franchise selects them.
