We want team chemistry!

Well, this last piece of Bulls advice is relatively simple: know your role and stay in it.

With a quick 1-0 series lead, it’s time that every member on the roster continues doing what they’ve been accustomed to all season. Translation: follow Jimmy Butler’s lead.

More from Bulls News

There’s no reason for anybody to start playing out of whack, trying to get their own shots that they’re not used to taking.

Watching Mirotic drive to the rim to get something going was rather weird and gut-wrenching to watch. We all know him as a [sometimes] streaky 3-point shooter at best.

Rondo, who expanded his game over the course of the season, is allowed to shoot the 3s he’s been in the gym working on. Why? Because if he can’t get it going from behind the arc (was 0-for-3 in Game 1), he can get his offense going in the paint.

All 12 of Rondo’s points were scored in the paint.

If the new guys like Valentine and the others do get some playing time on the court, there’s no need for nervousness. They have to remember they’re playing with a former NBA Finals MVP and 3-time NBA champion in Dwyane Wade. A Most Improved Player and most notably most improved teammate in Jimmy Butler kind of helps as well.

Of course, the anxiety of the first ever NBA Playoffs stint can’t be helped for young guys and rookies.

At the end of the day, follow the leader to help the game come to you. I’m pretty sure everyone believes he knows what he’s doing.
