Final Thoughts:
Some of Rose’s other performances could’ve easily made this list, but obviously, there were only five spots available.
Honorable mention performances for Rose:
- January 27 – Bulls beat Golden State
- Rose: 30 points on 13-of-33 shooting with 11 turnovers. BUT, he hit the game-winner. It was just weird. And, it was quite possible Rose was playing on a slightly torn meniscus in this OT thriller against the champs.
- February 10th – Bulls rout Sacramento
- Rose: 23 points on 10-of-17 shooting with seven assists in a 104-86 Bulls win.
- April 23 – Bulls win Game 3 vs. Milwaukee
- Rose: 34 points in a 113-106 2OT win over the Milwaukee Bucks in Game 3 of their playoff series. In 48 minutes, Rose scored 34 on 12-of-23 shooting, dished out eight assists and grabbed five rebounds.
