Nikola Jokic

Jokic also has a player option for the 2027-28 season and will be 32 years old. Given his style of play, which doesn’t rely on athleticism, he will likely still be putting up monster numbers well into his 30’s.

It’s hard to envision a scenario in which the Nuggets allow him to play for another team, but given how little they’ve done to improve over this offseason, Jokic may get sick of it and want a change of scenery.

Of course, the Nuggets are one of the best-run franchises in the NBA and the Bulls are among the worst and have an even cheaper owner who is even less likely to go big into the luxury tax to maximize a roster around an MVP.

It's a pipe dream, but Jokic could be available.
