NBA Mock Draft: Spurs get #1 again, but Chicago Bulls get the steal

#7: Memphis Grizzlies select Reed Sheppard 

Sheppard flamed out in the NCAA tournament, but he has plug-and-play skills that the Grizzlies could use. 

Memphis is in a great spot, as they were only bad due to injuries and have a chance to add another high-level player to a good roster. 

Sheppard could play with Morant and Bane or could come off the bench and give them a lightning-in-a-bottle scorer who can also defend. 

Morant will always need floor spacers around him and Sheppard figures to be one of the best shooters in this draft. Sheppard can also take on tougher defensive assignments when on the floor with Morant, which is a nice bonus.
