NBA Mock Draft: Spurs get #1 again, but Chicago Bulls get the steal

#6: Toronto Raptors select Nikola Topic 

The Raptors have needs all over the place and could reach for a defensive wing or a 3-point shooter here but instead use the pick on their point guard of the future. 

Assuming they retain Immanuel Quickley (who will be a restricted free agent) the Raptors could use more of a playmaking point guard with size, which is what they would get with the 6-foot-6 Topic, who is a crafty playmaker and scorer. 

The question is whether Topic will ever develop an outside shot, and that is a risk for a team that needs shooting, but his talent is too much to pass up.
