NBA Mock Draft: Spurs get #1 again, but Chicago Bulls get the steal

#4: Portland Trail Blazers select Zaccharie Risacher 

The Blazers need help on the wing and Risacher is ranked as one of the top players at the position. They could reach for someone with more defensive potential, but ultimately, Risacher’s combination of size and skill will make him hard to pass up if he drops out of the top three. 

ESPN currently has Risacher ranked as their number one guy due to his size, playmaking and shooting potential on the wing. At 6-foot-9, Risacher had an outstanding run in the EuroCup where he made more than half of his 3-point shots, but he has since cooled off and shot below league average since. 

But he’d be a nice addition to the Trail Blazer’s young backcourt and can fit at multiple positions for Portland.
