NBA Mock Draft: Spurs get #1 again, but Chicago Bulls get the steal

#21: New Orleans Pelicans select Devin Carter 

The Pelicans are another team that could go in a lot of directions this summer, as they have to make a decision which direction to go with their young wings and whether to carry on with the Brandon Ingram/Zion Williamson experiment. 

Carter is a defensive dawg who can shoot from 3-point range and would give them a backup and possible replacement for CJ McCollum down the road. 

The Pels have shown their preference for lanky wings, but will go with a guard here, albeit one whose defensive intensity fits their ethos.
