NBA Mock Draft: Spurs get #1 again, but Chicago Bulls get the steal

#2: Washington Wizards select Donovan Clingan 

This might be a reach, but nearly anyone would be in this draft, so the Wizards go with need and grab their center of the future in Clingan, who has been rising up draft boards of late. 

He has a massive 7-foot-7 wingspan and at the very least will be an imposing defensive presence in the lane. 

He has good hands and is a strong finisher around the rim who could eventually have a shot away from it. 

The Wizards address their biggest need and also add a winner to help change the losing culture in Washington.
