NBA Mock Draft: Spurs get #1 again, but Chicago Bulls get the steal

#19: Toronto Raptors select Kyle Filipowski 

Depending on what the Raptors do with their own free agents, they could use some dynamic big-man depth and Filipowski should provide it to whoever drafts him. 

The seven-footer hit 35 percent of his 3-point shots this season on decent volume for a big man, so he should provide something nearly every NBA team is looking for, which is floor spacing from a center. 

He’s not a great rim protector or a guy who is going to finish much in the post, but he plays hard on defense and will be able to stretch the floor, giving Toronto some of the floor spacing they need. 

If Toronto could get the best point-guard prospect to go along with a dynamic big in this draft, I think their fans would be happy.
