NBA Mock Draft: Spurs get #1 again, but Chicago Bulls get the steal

#14: Portland Trail Blazers select Tidjane Salaun 

The Blazers add another two-way forward with big-time upside in Tidjane Salaun from France. 

He is a raw player with good athleticism and size who plays with some edge on the defensive end, so he’d be a nice complement to Risacher, who is more of a skilled playmaker. 

Salaun impressed with his 3-point improvement this season and if he continues on that path, could be a steal in this draft, as he has the athleticism and defense already.
