#20: Cleveland Cavaliers select Tyler Smith 

With plenty of talent already on the roster (especially if they retain Mitchell), the Cavaliers can afford to play the long game and take a high-end developmental project. 

And if the Cavs end up trading Jarrett Allen, Smith could see action sooner rather than later, as he would slide in nicely as a 3-and-D option eventually with Evan Mobley.
