Gary Trent Jr.
The market for Trent Jr. is not robust, which is somewhat surprising, as he’s another valuable role player.
He hits 40 percent of his 3-point shots, isn’t a sieve on defense and is versatile enough to fit into many different lineups.
He’d be a veteran balance for the young guards but he’s only 25, so can fit in for the long term as a role player who can make an impact off the bench.
There isn’t a player in free agency who is going to replace DeMar DeRozan if he does decide to leave the Bulls, but they could land some solid role players to complement their young players and add more floor spacing to a team that needs it.
