The Chicago Bulls are on the road on Sunday night to take on a Portland Trail Blazers team that has a loaded injury report – something that has been commonplace for the Blazers this season.
The Bulls are once again down Zach LaVine, but they’ll look to ride Coby White (51 points in his last two games) to a win on Sunday as road favorites.
Portland lost its last game to the San Antonio Spurs, and the team has just 13 wins on the season. The Blazers are in full tank mode, and it wouldn't be surprising to see the team sit a few of the players who are questionable tonight.

Bulls vs. Trail Blazers key players to watch
Chicago Bulls
Coby White: White has scored 51 points in his last two games, playing over 40 minutes in each contest. The former lottery pick is in the midst of a breakout season, averaging 18.9 points, 4.7 rebounds, and 5.0 assists per game.
Portland Trail Blazers
Anfernee Simons: Simons has been one of the few bright spots for the Blazers, scoring 40 points in his last game and 33 in the one before. The shooting guard is averaging 23.4 points per game on the season, and he could be in line for a bigger role after Scoot Henderson was injured on Saturday night.
Bulls vs. Trail Blazers prediction and pick
There isn’t much to look at in terms of trends in this game, as the Blazers are 8-7 against the spread as home dogs this season while the Bulls are 3-2 ATS as road favorites.
However, Portland has been awful this month, posting a -15.2 net rating in its last 10 games – the worst mark in the NBA.
Chicago, on the other hand, has won six of its last 10 games despite entering this matchup on a two-game skid.
The Blazers could be down both of their top scorers (Simons and Grant) in this game, and that could swing this game in Chicago’s favor in a big way. Regardless, I have a hard time betting on Portland as a shorter dog considering it’s still losing games as a home dog by more than five points per contest – despite a stronger ATS record.
