The Chicago Bulls are looking to put a blowout loss to the Dallas Mavericks behind them on Wednesday when they travel to Indiana to take on Tyrese Haliburton and the Indiana Pacers.

These teams have split the first two games of their season series, with the road team going 2-0. Can the Bulls make it three straight wins for the road team on Wednesday?

Chicago comes into this game as a road underdog, but the Pacers are on the second night of a back-to-back, a spot they have struggled in this season. Still, the team picked up a massive road win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Tuesday.

Bulls vs. Pacers key players to watch

Chicago Bulls

Coby White: This Bulls team goes with White, who has shot poorly in his last two games (7-for-16 and 4-for-14) leading to two Chicago losses. In the last three games that White has scored 20 or more points, the team is 3-0. He shot just 5-for-19 in his last matchup against the Pacers, which resulted in a 16-point Bulls loss.

Indiana Pacers

Tyrese Haliburton: Since the All-Star break, Haliburton has not played nearly as well for the Pacers, averaging 16.0 points and 9.8 assists per game while shooting 43.7 percent from the field and just 24.3 percent from 3. The Pacers are still in the playoff picture in the East, but they won’t go far unless Haliburton finds his All-Star form again.

Bulls vs. Pacers prediction and pick

This may seem crazy since the Bulls were blown out in their last game, but I’m going to trust them on the road here.

Chicago is 12-12 against the spread as a road dog, but that’s not the trend that bettors should be concerned with.

Indiana has been awful on the second night of back-to-backs this season, going just 2-9 against the spread. The team is coming off a tough matchup with Oklahoma City (even though it won) on Tuesday, and this turnaround is a bad sign for any Indiana bettors.

Plus, Chicago already has an upset win in Indiana earlier this season, so the Pacers aren’t invincible at home. In fact, they are just 9-11-1 against the spread as a home favorite.

Take the points in a bounce-back spot for the Bulls.

Pick: Bulls +4 (-110)
