The Chicago Bulls and San Antonio Spurs are both playing a second night of a back-to-back on Saturday, so how does that change the prop market?

There could be a few key players sitting out for rest purposes, and that’s led me to two young players that I think will both play as my favorite targets in this game.

Let’s dive into the picks for Saturday night’s matchup:

Bulls vs. Spurs best NBA prop bets

  • Coby White OVER 32.5 points, rebounds and assists
  • Devin Vassell OVER 21.5 points

Coby White OVER 32.5 points, rebounds and assists

This is one of my favorite bets of the night, and I explained why in today’s NBA Best Bets column on BetSided

“Chicago Bulls guard Coby White has been on fire over his last five games, averaging 26.0 points, 5.6 rebounds and 6.8 assists per game, easily clearing this prop in all five games.

“Now, on the second night of a back-to-back, I think White has a favorable matchup against a San Antonio Spurs team that ranks 25th in the league in defensive rating.

“White’s scoring is going to be there almost every night – and he’s taken at least 12 shots in every game since Nov. 26 – but it’s the assists and rebounds that intrigue me.

“Since Nov. 26, White is averaging 5.7 rebounds and 5.7 assists per game. On the season, he’s averaging 8.3 rebound chances and 9.3 assists chances per game.

“From Jan. 1 on? He’s averaging 8.7 rebounding chances and 10.5 assist chances per game. If he can score in the high teens, he’s a great bet to go OVER this prop.”

Devin Vassell OVER 21.5 points

Devin Vassell should take over as the No. 1 option on offense for the San Antonio Spurs if Victor Wembanyama sits out the second leg of a back-to-back on Saturday.

Vassell has already scored 22 or more points in four of his last seven games, and he’s seen a ton of shots for the Spurs, taking 15.1 per game since returning to the lineup from an injury.

In his last game without Wemby, Vassell dropped 22 points against the Portland Trail Blazers.

This is a play where you’ll want to wait for the official injury report, but I think Vassell has a big game as the primary option – if he’s called upon – on Saturday.
