#27: Minnesota Timberwolves select Daron Holmes II 

The Timberwolves add another big rim protector who can also spread the floor. Holmes hit over 38 percent of his 3-point shots in his junior year of college at 6-foot-9, but his real strength is that he can switch all over defensively. 

He’s also a lob threat who plays strong around the rim on both ends, which Minnesota will love given their current defensive ethos.
