2024 NBA Mock Draft: Bulls take win-now shooter, Rockets build for future

#13: Sacamento Kings select Devin Carter 

Carter is a two-way guard who can shoot and is a tenacious defender, so he can play right away for the Kings, who need both of those qualities. 

With Malik Monk likely walking in free agency, the Kings need more depth at guard, and will look for a player who can step in and take minutes right away, which Carter potentially can. 

The Kings started to turn their defense around this season and could make another leap with a player like Carter.
