3. Game 4 vs Milwaukee Bucks (2017)

DeRozan has shown throughout his playoff career that he is a fighter. He seemingly always bounces back after poor performances. Game 4 of the 2017 Eastern Conference First Round was another example of that fact.

DeRozan shot 54% from the field after scoring zero points in Game 3. He credited his patience as why he is able to stay confident through adversity.

“Being patient and being mature with the process, and (trying) to keep him calm,” DeRozan said. “It was still a challenge, but we figured it out.”

He was aggressive from the jump, scoring 21 points in the first half on 57% shooting. The rest of the team followed suit, and their defense picked up.

DeRozan finished the game with 33 points and led Toronto to an 87-76 victory to tie the Eastern Conference series at two games apiece.

They went back to Canada and won Game 4 before eliminating the Bucks in Game 6. His performance gave the Raptors the momentum they needed to seal the series.
