Chicago Bulls: Ranking the roster’s craziest March Madness moments

North Carolina, Duke, Kentucky and UCLA don’t have much in common besides their blue colors — though each blue is a different shade. They all still catch the same hate nationwide. The country loves to come together and root against the blue bloods, as evidenced in this year’s collective celebration of Kentucky’s upset.
The same celebration was heard around the world when the No. 1 North Carolina Tar Heels got rolled in the 2019 March Madness Sweet 16.
It was one thing to lose, but it was an entire separate ordeal to do so in blow-out fashion, and Bulls point guard Coby White got the worst of it. North Carolina was a No. 1 seed that year — one of the three from the ACC! There was a lot of controversy about that decision, and the way UNC went out validated some of the grievances.
Auburn rolled UNC. They locked them up on the perimeter, blocked their shots down low, and got any look they wanted on offense. UNC lost by 17 and White committed to the NBA Draft shortly after.
