For the first time in the last couple of weeks, we get to do two studs and duds lists in a row in wins for the Chicago Bulls. Second-year head coach Billy Donovan and the Bulls got their first-two game winning streak in the last couple of weeks by downing a tough opponent in the Toronto Raptors at home at the United Center on the night of Jan. 26.

This win over the Raptors was yet another close call for the Bulls down the stretch. The Bulls nearly blew two straight double-digit third-quarter leads in their last two games. In a win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on the road on Jan. 24, the Bulls once held a 28-point third-quarter lead.

But the Thunder would wind up coming back to close the gap to just one point as the Bulls would take home the win by the final score of 111-110.

In this matchup against the Raports, there was a point in the third quarter where the Bulls held a 19-point lead. A lengthy and versatile lineup thrown in the game in the second half by Raptors head coach Nick Nurse helped Toronto fight back to bring the score much close in the final minutes of the fourth quarter.

Yet, the Bulls would still manage to walk away with the win here by the final score of 111-105. This was a big win for the Bulls to get to 30 wins this season. Here’s a look into two studs and one dud as the Bulls down the Raptors in a scrappy Jan. 26 win at home.
