Chicago Bulls vs. Milwaukee Bucks: Betting odds and prediction
Second-year head coach Billy Donovan and the Chicago Bulls get back in action on the night of Jan. 21 on the road against the division foe Milwaukee Bucks. This is a critical game for the Bulls to continue getting back on the right track against a divisional opponent. The Bulls got a nice win earlier this week against another surging division foe by beating the Cleveland Cavaliers at home on Jan. 19.
That win over the Cavs earlier in the week gives the Bulls a record of 28-15 heading into this key meeting with the Bucks heading into the weekend. The Bulls beating the Cavs also prevented a four-game losing streak from moving to five.
Meanwhile, the Bucks come into this matchup against the Bulls sporting a record of 28-19 following a Jan. 19 win over the Memphis Grizzlies. Prior to the win over the Grizzlies, though, the defending NBA Champion Bucks had lost two in a row and four of their last five.
Here’s a look into the betting odds and prediction as the Bulls get set to take on the Bucks on the road at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee on Jan. 21, with tip-off time set for 7 p.m. CT.

Chicago Bulls vs. Milwaukee Bucks prediction
In the latter stages of this difficult stretch of the January schedule, the Bulls have a shot to move their winning streak to two games and make a statement by beating the defending Champion Bucks.
Yet, this obviously won’t come easy for the Bulls who are still missing the likes of star shooting guard Zach LaVine, point guard Lonzo Ball, and wing Javonte Green, among others. That will continue to place the pressure on the shoulders of the duo of star forward DeMar DeRozan and center Nikola Vucevic.
The Bulls did also get some really solid play of late out of the young guard duo of Coby White and Ayo Dosunmu. If they perform against the Bucks the way they did in the last couple of weeks, the Bulls will be in a good position here.
There will still be the need for the Bulls to get a good outing from the duo of DeRozan and Vucevic. If not, the Bucks can ride the star duo of forward Giannis Antetokounmpo and wing Khris Middleton to a win over the Bulls.
DeRozan and Vucevic played well for the Bulls in the Jan. 19 win over the Cavs. That will be needed again on this night.
Giannis and the Bucks are heavy favorites over the Bulls in this game. And while I believe that the Bulls are going to keep this gap closer than a double-digit final score, Giannis and the Bucks are the favorites for a reason here against a still very injured Chicago squad.
