Most tradable Chicago Bulls players after first 22: Troy Brown Jr.

One Bulls player that saw a significant dip in his playing time as this season moved along so far is the former Washington Wizards shooting guard/small forward Troy Brown Jr. While Brown could settle into a respectable third unit role if he remained on the Bulls roster for the rest of the season, he also seems like one of the more tradable assets for this front office.

The problem that Brown faces is the fact that there are just some more productive and efficient players in front of him in this rotation right now. Brown just isn’t making a very noticeable impact on either end of the floor when he is actually on the court for Donovan and the Bulls so far this season.

It is clear that Brown is moving down in the rotation. Through 13 games played so far this season, Brown is getting a career-low 9.5 minutes per game. And the last two games that he played in this season saw the Bulls either lose or win by a margin of more than 30 points, giving the indication of him only getting in the game in garbage time.

And Brown hasn’t reached double digits scoring in any game this season since the fourth game of the 2021-22 campaign. The fact that Brown just isn’t making a very noticeable impact at this point of the season off the bench for Donovan and the Bulls could put him in dangerous territory.

Brown also has one of the more tradable contracts on the current cap sheet for the Bulls, with one-year and a little more than $5 million remaining in his deal.
