In the 11th game of the regular season slate, second-year head coach Billy Donovan and the Chicago Bulls continued to make a statement in their trek up the Eastern Conference standings. In the midst of a very difficult stretch of the early season schedule, the Bulls were able to win their second game in a row on the night of Nov. 10.

Following a huge and impressive win over head coach Steve Nash and the Brooklyn Nets at home at the United Center on the night of Nov. 8, the Bulls were able to down the Dallas Mavericks.

Facing superstar point guard Luka Doncic and the Mavs was no easy task for Donovan and the Bulls. Doncic and the Mavs were rolling heading into this game after an up and down start in their first few games of the regular season.

Yet, that didn’t slow down the Bulls in their quest to start building a winning streak heading into a bit of a mini Western Conference road trip. The schedule does continue to maintain a high level of difficulty for the Bulls heading into mid-November. Donovan and the Bulls’ next face head coach Steve Kerr and the 9-1 Golden State Warriors on the road later this week.

For now, though, we can focus on the win for the Bulls over a good Mavs team on Nov. 10. The Bulls got the win over the Mavs by the final score of 117-107. And it wasn’t just a huge fourth-quarter effort that got the Bulls this win. They were solid pretty much the entire game to get it done on this night.

Here’s a look into two studs, and one dud, for the Bulls in this double-digit win over the Mavs.
