Bulls Rumors: 3 players Chicago is interested in to avoid this summer
Within the next couple of weeks, we will start to see the next phase of this team start to take shape as various Bulls rumors continue to play out. The first step for Chicago to continue to figure out the next steps for this roster comes on the night of the 2021 NBA Draft. That night is set to take place on July 29, a little less than 48 hours away.
Executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas and general manager Marc Eversley are responsible for finding the next direction for this Bulls franchise. They already did a lot to try and reshape the roster at the trade deadline this year.
A busy trade deadline day for the Bulls back on March 25 included landing star center Nikola Vucevic from the Orlando Magic, shooting guard/small forward Troy Brown Jr. from the Washington Wizards, and center Daniel Theis from the Boston Celtics, among other moves. And the Bulls will look to continue to remodel this roster in the shape of the newer front office regime’s mold in the coming days and weeks.
What the latest of Bulls rumors are connecting this team to?
Although it will be important for the Bulls to get draft night right, it likely won’t be as big as the looming cycle of free agency. There are already some names flying around various rumor mills concerning the Bulls that are worth noting in the next week or so.
But not all of those names that the Bulls were tied to of late in various media and fan discussions are ones to get out and get. Here’s a look into three players the Bulls are tied to this summer that should be avoided.
