Duane Washington Jr., Ohio State

An elite guard with a pure shooting stroke. Has a smooth handle and is a top-notch athlete. Very dynamic in terms of what he can do with the ball. Can get to the rim, cleverly dime out, or pull up for a 15-footer. Nephew of Derek Fisher. Would be a great addition to the Bulls roster.

Josh Christopher, Arizona State

One of my top five favorite guys to watch at the combine. A talented shooting guard that can slash, slash, and slash to the rim. An NBA-ready athlete, displaying some nifty handles to finish at the rim in one scoop with ease. Can also shoot the 3 ball with a pure stroke, and balances that out with a great mid-range game. An all-around tremendous player and gifted athlete. Would be shocked to see him still around in the second round, but we’ll see. A definite pickup for the Bulls.

Quentin Grimes, Houston

A pure shooter. Can also put the ball on the floor and hit the mid-range jumper with ease, can get to the hole and finish the 2 at the rim, and has elite athleticism. Another guy with a great feel for the game. Would be a good pickup for the Bulls.

AJ Lawson, South Carolina

A high-level athlete, finishing with a 2.98 three-quarter sprint time to top off all combine attendees. Is a game changer and displays the full package. Can collect the dimes in a hurry showing the ability to make some “oh my” assists, can shoot the three-ball, drive and finish, and can rebound. Any team would love this guy’s athleticism. Would be a lethal pickup for the Bulls.

Trendon Watford, LSU

By far one of the top five most talented guys in this Draft Combine. Displays a 7’2 wingspan, and is a dominant forward/wing. Just so smooth, pure, and displays a relaxed demeanor while still playing with a sense of urgency to get the job done. His ability to create and show off his handle is at an utmost big-time high, and will easily be carried over to the professional game. Great inside and out game. Some unbelievable drives to the basket that were very eye-opening.

Is NBA-ready in every dimension of the game. Has a great shot, but could become more consistent with his 3 ball. Would be beyond baffled to see this guy still around in the second round, but you never know. Certainly would be a riot to watch Watford and Zach Lavine out on the court together. Could be a huge pickup for the Bulls.

Joe Wieskamp, Iowa

There isn’t a guy in the this Draft Combine that can shoot the ball like Mr. Joe Wieskamp. A high level shooting guard. Do not go under screens against him, do not leave him space, and do not lose sight of him on the weak side; as you will surely pay.

This guy is the real deal and can flat out stroke the three-ball, and also displays a thrifty mid-range game. He can mix up his sharpshooting skills by getting to the rim and finishing at hoop with no effort. Can also dish out, rebound, and moves well without the ball. Another elite athlete. Could become a great backcourt duo with Lavine. Would be a great pickup for the Bulls.

McKinley Wright IV, University of Colorado

An elite, quick point guard who rounds out every statistical category with terrific speed, agility, and quickness. Setting aside his overall athleticism, his floor game and offensive skills are spectacular. Can pass, shoot, and get to the cup in an instant. His defensive presence is NBA-ready. Could see him being a great backup point for the Bulls, as well as competing for a spot with current point guard Coby White.

Austin Reaves, Oklahoma

A crafty point guard with a natural feel for the game. Has a pure stroke from 3-point land, can utilize a shifty handle to get into the lane and finish the two in traffic, and can also pass the ball while displaying a high IQ. Definitely a scoring point guard with an aggressive mindset. See him also sliding over to the shooting guard position with his 6’5 height frame. Overall, would also be a good selection to join and compete for a spot with White.

Marcus Zegarowski, Creighton

An athletic point guard with another high IQ. Can deliver the dimes like there’s no tomorrow, and is a true playmaker. Can shoot the 3, get to the rack, and has great athleticism. Would be another pivotal option at point for the Bulls.
