In the last two games, the play of the Chicago Bulls recently acquired star big man Nikola Vucevic has come to the forefront. Vucevic was definitely the big acquisition of trade deadline day back on March 25 for the Bulls. First-year executive vice president of basketball operations Arturas Karnisovas and general manager Marc Eversley made a lot of big moves at the deadline, but none bigger than getting Vooch from the Orlando Magic.
In that trade deal with the Magic, Karnisovas and the Bulls also snagged forward Al-Farouq Aminu for a return of third-year center Wendell Carter Jr., small forward Otto Porter Jr., and two first round draft picks. The Bulls gave up a lot to get Vooch and Aminu, but it’s starting to pan out in the last couple of games.
On April 6, the Bulls took down the divisional foe Indiana Pacers on the road at Bankers Life Fieldhouse by a comfortable double-digit margin. That extended their winning streak to two games, which started with an April 4 triumph at home over the Brooklyn Nets and superstar point guard Kyrie Irving.

Moreover, it was Vooch that played a huge role in leading the Bulls to those two wins over the Pacers and Nets. He was dominant in the post well before he landed with the Bulls. The Magic saw Vooch be one of the most proficient big men in producing double-doubles in the last few years.
Unfortunately for Vooch, he didn’t find much postseason success with the Magic. Maybe he can have better luck alongside star shooting guard Zach LaVine with a dramatically improving Bulls team.
Here’s a look at three NBA stars that Vooch has dominated in his NBA career.
