Players that could help the playoff push No. 3: Kyle Korver

The most proven veteran player on this list who could do wonders for Donovan and the Bulls down the stretch is a former member of this team and one that is well known across the Central Division. Former Milwaukee Bucks sharpshooting guard/wing Kyle Korver is now 40 years of age and could hit the retirement stage soon.

Korver was a member of the Bulls back during the 2010-11 and 2011-12 campaigns, closer to the prime years of his career. Up to this point, he’s now played for six different teams over the course of more than 1,200 regular season games played. He played the most games with the Philadelphia 76ers and Atlanta Hawks (each over 330 regular season games).

Moreover, Korver is known as one of the better shooters in NBA history. Even in his last season with the Bucks (the 2019-20 campaign), Korver shot roughly 42 percent from beyond the arc. He led the NBA in three-point shooting percentage in four different seasons. Back during the 2009-10 season, Korver actually shot over 53 percent from beyond the arc.

The Bulls have struggled at times shooting from downtown of late, which could be helped out in multiple regards by the hypothetical addition of Korver. This team could use the veteran boost in the rotation, and Korver looks to still have some value left in his game. If no one signs him down the stretch this season, it looks like he could call it quits in the very near future.
