Chicago Bulls high level overview

The biggest concern that new Vice President Arturas Karnisovas and general manager Marc Eversley have on this team is at the center position. We need size, strength, and length down low, to help with interior defense and physicality  to ease the points in the paint being scored against the Bulls.

Teams have had their way against the Bulls undersized big men all season. They have had no answer for elite big men in the league thus far. They are undersized and are just getting dominated at the point of attack, resulting in early foul trouble or an offensive free for all.

It may be to late to completely stop the bleeding, but anything helps. They need someone in the middle that’s bigger than Wendell Carter Jr. He does not need to be an offensive threat just a solid rim protector and shot blocker to help when needed.

There are many options at the center position, the new front office might be reluctant to make a daring move at the position though. There have been some Andre Drummond rumors circulating around. You never know, anything is possible.

The front office hopefully will be addressing the lack of a second playmaker need before the deadline. That is another concern for this young team, someone to help LaVine out at the end of games. It would give them another option and most importantly take some pressure off  LaVine, so he can play more freely instead of forcing things.

I would be okay with Lonzo Ball coming to Chicago, or a Victor Oladipo trade could be an intriguing option for the Bulls. There also is the reality this new front office has not seen enough yet to warrant that big splashy move!
