More frequent struggles of late for first-year head coach Billy Donovan and this sliding Chicago Bulls team have become apparent after their latest loss, which came at the hands of the Washington Wizards at home at the United Center on Feb. 8. The Bulls fell short against the struggling Wizards and star shooting guard Bradley Beal on the night of Feb. 8 by the narrow final score of 105-101.

After the loss to the Wizards, Donovan and the Bulls now sport a record of 9-14. The Bulls have lost six of their last eight games just when the schedule was supposed to lighten up this month. They will have to improve their play in their next game up, which comes on the road on Feb. 10 against the star forward pairing of Brandon Ingram and Zion Williamson and the New Orleans Pelicans.

A significant problem that the Bulls are encountering now is one that had emerged in the past, and often for this franchise. Bulls fans at this point are very accustomed to seeing some of the top players from the young core struggle with the infamous nagging injury bug. Even under this new coaching staff and front office regime, this problem largely stands pat.

With the trade deadline looming in the not too distant future, the Bulls might be active on the market with some of their more injury prone players that still hold a good amount of value with other teams. Here’s a deeper look into a few Bulls players that could be on the move that are also injury prone this year.
