3) Chicago Bulls targets that pair with White

The Bulls don’t really have a shooter on the wing that can do what the 29-year-old 6-foot-6 and 220 pound shooting guard/small forward Joe Harris did for the Brooklyn Nets for the past few years. The reigning 3-Point Contest champ Harris is likely to be one of the most highly sought after free agent targets of this cycle.

In his last contract, Harris made roughly $8 million per season over the course of two years. He signed a two-year contract with the Nets back during the 2016 offseason, with a base salary worth around $16 million in total. But Harris doesn’t have any player or team option this offseason, and he’ll become an unrestricted free agent.

It would be really nice for the Bulls to get a wing the caliber of Harris who can help the likes of White, LaVine, etc. space the floor. Harris would also provide a shooting guard/wing that is usually more healthy and consistent than the likes of two-guard/small forwards Otto Porter Jr., Chandler Hutchison, and Denzel Valentine.

During the shortened 2019-20 regular season, Harris played in 69 games with the Nets (starting in all of them). And he averaged 14.5 points per game, 4.3 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 0.6 steals, and 0.2 blocks. Harris shot an impressive 48.6 percent from the field, 42.4 percent from beyond the arc, and 71.9 percent from the free-throw line.

The Bulls don’t have much cap room, but it’s worth finding space on the roster if they could sign Harris this offseason.
