The Chicago Bulls got some absolutely incredible years out of legendary guard Michael Jordan, which the Lakers, Cavs, etc. have also gotten out of LeBron.

There are not many common teammates between two of the greatest players to ever do it in NBA and/or ABA history. Current Los Angeles Lakers superstar forward LeBron James (formerly of the Cleveland Cavaliers and Miami Heat) is trying to win his fourth title in his NBA career, but is now ahead just one game in the NBA. If LeBron does get that elusive fourth NBA Championship this year, he would just be two short of the Chicago Bulls all-time great shooting guard Michael Jordan.

LeBron is currently playing in his 17th year in the NBA, 16 of which he’s been an All-Star selection. Alongside superstar Lakers big man Anthony Davis, LeBron is trying to push for the fourth ring of his career. Two of his rings came during his time with Dwyane Wade and the Heat, and the other came with Kyrie Irving and the Cavaliers.

Jordan had 14 NBA All-Star selections during his accomplished career. He also racked up five MVP’s, six titles, six Finals MVP’s, and 10 scoring titles. LeBron and Jordan both have a laundry list of accolades that will be difficult for another other player in the NBA to match. The longevity for which LeBron led his career at to date is very impressive.

Jordan was really good when he was playing, but he had three retirements before his playing days in the NBA were officially over. He spent most of his career with the Bulls, and then two with the Washington Wizards in the early 2000’s.

The career of Jordan ended just before that of LeBron began. Jordan’s last season came during the 2002-03 campaign with the Wizards. And then LeBron began his run with the Cavaliers in the NBA during the 2004-05 season. He’s now with his third team in the NBA, and might round things out with the Lakers. But who have both played with at different times of their careers?

Here’s a look into the three common teammates that are worth looking back on between LeBron and Jordan from their long careers in the NBA.
