1) Chicago Bulls trade targets to watch in conference finals: Gary Harris

The lone player on this list that is still trying to duke it out in the second round of the playoffs, with the three-seed Nuggets against the two-seed Clippers, is former Michigan State Spartans 6-foot-4 and 210 pound 26-year-old shooting guard Gary Harris. The former first round pick of the Bulls (19th overall) in the 2014 NBA Draft does still carry a sizable contract.

But Harris is showing in the playoff run with the spirited Nuggets thus far that he has a lot of fight in his game, and could bring a lot of potential to the table as a starting guard/wing or a sixth man coming off the bench. Harris played in 56 games (all but one of which he started in) during the 2019-20 regular season with the Nuggets.

He averaged 10.4 points per game, 2.9 rebounds, 2.1 assists, 1.4 steals, and 0.3 blocks. Harris shot 42.0 percent from the field, almost a career-low 33.0 percent from beyond the arc, and 81.5 percent from the free-throw line. But his shooting percentages from deep are picking up a good bit in the playoffs thus far (up to 37.5 percent from three-point land).

If Harris gets through with the Nuggets to the Western Conference Finals over Paul George, Kawhi Leonard, and the Clippers it would be a massive feat and crucial upset. He would likely be a decent part of that upset, and thus his stock on the trade block could go up. Either way, he should be a trade target that the Bulls at least consider when the offseason for the Nuggets begins.

There were previous rumors about a Harris trade from the Nuggets earlier in the season (per SI).
