A plethora of potential free agent targets to watch exist for the Chicago Bulls in the conference finals, depending on how the last series plays out.

Although it is fun to watch the playoffs in the NBA as a fan, especially with the Chicago Bulls currently among those bottom eight teams that didn’t even get to compete in the restart at the bubble in Disney World, there are other things to watch for. For any Bulls fan, knowing who from this playoff run in the bubble is a potential looming free agent or trade target for the new front office regime could be key. This is a good opportunity to see which players could be future Bulls that are still alive in the playoffs now.

The two matchups in the conference finals are mostly set. There’s just one more game that will take place between the three-seed Denver Nuggets and two-seed Los Angeles Clippers to determine who takes on the top-seed Los Angeles Lakers in the Western Conference Finals. The Clippers and Nuggets have a Game 7 on tap for Sep. 15 to decide who will play the Lakers in the Western Conference Finals.

On the same night, the five-seed Miami Heat and three-seed Boston Celtics square off in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference Finals. The Heat have only lost one game in the first two rounds of the playoffs, as they’ve steamrolled the Milwaukee Bucks and Indiana Pacers. Meanwhile, the Celtics pulled off the slight upset of the defending NBA Champion Toronto Raptors in a tight seven-game series in the second round.

This list of potential free agent targets to watch for the Bulls in each conference final will be comprised of a split between the Clippers and Nuggets, and then the other three teams that are already through.

Here’s a look at a few potential free agent targets for the Bulls that are still alive in the conference finals.
