1. Tomas Satoransky, Combo Guard
Just like Kornet, the final name on this list is one that definitely is going to get another shot with a different NBA team if the Bulls ultimately decide to part ways with him. The former Washington Wizards 6-foot-7 sizable combo guard Tomas Satoransky was another one of those three disappointing free agent signings from the Bulls made last offseason.
The sign-and-trade deal that the Bulls pulled off with the Wizards to get Sato on what seemed like a value contract at the time was lauded last offseason. The Bulls got Sato on a three-year contract worth around $30 million in total. But this is a pretty team-friendly contract since the final year of his deal is only half-guaranteed.
And the inaugural season for Sato with the Bulls got off to a pretty hot start. He was shooting better than 38.0 percent from beyond the arc while averaging double-digit points per game for the first time in his career through the month of November. But that turned into a season where Sato was really a net negative on the floor for the first time in his NBA career.
Sato played in all 65 games in the season that was for the Bulls (starting in all but the final one). He averaged 9.9 points per game, 3.9 rebounds, 5.4 assists, 1.2 steals, and 0.2 blocks. Sato shot 43.0 percent from the field, 32.2 percent from beyond the arc, and 87.6 percent from the free-throw line.
By now, it might be time for the Bulls to just give the reigns to the former Tar Heel point guard Coby White, and let him run from the point.
