The Chicago Bulls have been bad within the past five years, and when bad teams come along there are bound to be bad players. These are the two worst.

The Chicago Bulls were eliminated from the NBA playoffs this past season, making it their third straight season to end in complete and utter disappointment. These past three seasons are part of the past half-decade that saw the dismantling of the Derrick Rose and Joakim Noah Bulls who came so close to a title run.

Those five years saw varying amounts of success.

The team had one year where they finished close to the playoffs, one year in the playoffs, and three terrible years. These past three years have amounted to a 71-158 record.

Players that were iconic such as Jimmy Butler, Rose, Pau Gasol, Noah, and many others leave the city in which they called home.

Also, these past five seasons had an influx of famous players who were disappointing, such as Rajon Rondo, Dwayne Wade, and Bobby Portis.

As a Bulls fan and someone who loves basketball, it pains me to see such terrible basketball in the city that I call home. Even though I wasn’t alive during the post-Jordan era Bulls, I could only imagine that it felt a lot like this does.

These two players were both on at least one Bulls team during this time and both disappointed in different ways. While neither was a star, nor supposed to be a star, they both were not able to live up the expectations that many had for them.
