The most underrated and final name on this list of potential Bulls trade targets is the Cleveland Cavaliers two-way wing/shooting guard Cedi Osman. There’s very few other fan favorites in the media on this young and building Cavaliers team than the Macedonian 6-foot-7 and 215 pound wing Osman.

The 31st overall pick (first in the second round) in the 2015 NBA Draft of the Minnesota Timberwolves and the 25-year-old Osman is continuing to improve his versatility and off-ball intelligence too. He played in all 65 games for the Cavaliers in the season that was (starting in all of them).

Osman averaged 11.0 points per game, 3.6 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 0.8 steals, and 0.2 blocks. He shot 43.7 percent from the field, a solid 38.3 percent from beyond the arc, and 67.0 percent from the free-throw line. That amounted to a less than stellar -2.6 box plus/minus rating, -0.3 value over replacement player rating, and a 55.2 true shooting percentage.

The current contract of Osman does have a front-loaded salary this year, but it starts to go down each season until the conclusion of the 2023-24 campaign. He’s due less than $7 million per year most of the way for the rest of his deal. Given that smaller price tag and the improving nature of Osman’s offensive game, he would be a nice addition for the Bulls and fill the wing depth need in the same hypothetical trade.
