Now we turn to the second of two big men on this list for the Bulls that don’t do much of anything to help this team get on the right side of the win column. And that second big man on this list is the towering 6-foot-10 and 270 pound Brazilian power forward/center Cristiano Felicio.

Not only is Felicio one of the least valuable current Bulls players, but he also has likely the worst contract of anyone on the cap sheet. After a decent set of contributions coming off the bench during the 2015-16 and 2016-17 seasons, the Bulls extended Felicio for all too long and all too much money.

Felicio made just over $8 million this year, and is set to do the same in the final year of his contract next season. This might actually be one of the three or five most overpaid players in the entire NBA at the moment. Paxson and former Bulls general manager Gar Forman didn’t do a great job with this signing a few years back.

However, Felicio played in 22 games in the season that was for the Bulls. He averaged 3.9 points per game, 4.6 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 0.5 steals, and 0.1 blocks. It’s hard to know how a big as lengthy and strong as Felicio can only average 0.1 blocks per game. But Felicio once again posted under .050 win shares per 48 minutes and a box plus/minus rating no higher than -3.0.
