3. E’Twaun Moore, Combo Guard

For two seasons, one of the most underrated shooters on this Bulls team within the last decade was the East Chicago, IN, native and 6-foot-3 and 190 pound combo guard E’Twaun Moore. The current New Orleans Pelicans 31-year-old guard is still proving his worth in a backcourt rotation role off the bench well into his NBA career.

Moore was a late second round pick of the Boston Celtics (55th overall) out of the Purdue Boilermakers basketball program in the 2011 NBA Draft. He started his career with the Celtics for one season during the 2011-12 campaign, and then spent two seasons with the Orlando Magic, before landing in the Windy City.

The first season for Moore in a Bulls uniform came during the 2014-15 campaign. He played in 56 games during the 2014-15 regular season (not starting in any of them). Moore averaged 2.7 points per game, while shooting 44.6 percent from the field, 34.2 percent from beyond the arc, and 60.0 percent from the free-throw line. That amounted to a 49.3 effective field goal percentage and 50.4 true shooting percentage.

But it was the second season that Moore spent with the Bulls that allowed him to make this list. He played in 59 games during the 2015-16 regular season (starting in 22 of them). Moore averaged 7.5 points per game that season, while shooting 48.1 percent from the field, an impressive 45.2 percent from beyond the arc, and 62.9 percent from the free-throw line.

Moore was able to register a solid 54.8 true shooting percentage and a 54.1 effective field goal percentage. He still ranks among the top five players in franchise history in terms of three-point field goal percentage (42.3 for his two seasons in Chicago).
