Amid every former Chicago Bulls player that is making valuable contributions on the other 29 teams, who would the team want back?

There’s a lot of former Chicago Bulls players that are currently finding success elsewhere in the NBA. This isn’t necessarily the fault of the Bulls inept front office over the course of the last decade or so, but they weren’t able to pull off the feat that most management groups need to in the way of roster construction.

Talent evaluation wasn’t necessarily the problem for vice president of basketball operations John Paxson and general manager Gar Forman, but developing those rosters they constructed and providing the proper supporting casts were a huge issue.

A good number of the players that the Bulls let go that are now thriving elsewhere were just the product of poor roster construction and evaluation, most of the time in-season. A lot of the decisions that the Bulls made recently in terms of bigger trades and letting players go came from poor development of entire rosters in-season.

This list isn’t necessarily comprised of former Bulls players that are the best around the NBA on the other 29 teams. The former Bulls players that could contribute at a high level that head coach Jim Boylen could use in various roles, either in the starting five or off the bench, is the biggest factor that goes into the choosing of this list.
