This afternoon, two of the NBA’s most miserable franchises will meet up at Madison Square Garden. Here are the latest odds and things to watch for.

Back in the day, a Chicago Bulls game at Madison Square Garden would be a national spectacle. Now, it’s a mid-Saturday game for two of the league’s most miserable franchises. Hopefully this game will be at least mildly entertaining.

Injury updates

The Bulls have been ravaged by injuries this season. Thankfully, we might see some guys back in action today.

Wendell Carter Jr. hasn’t played since January 6 but was recently upgraded to probable for today’s game. Denzel Valentine hasn’t played since February 2 but has been listed as available for today’s game.

It’ll be nice to (hopefully) see Carter and Valentine back in action, but the guy I’m most invested in is Coby White.

White injured his back prior to Thursday’s practice and is questionable for the game against the Knicks. Missing this game with an injury would be incredibly disappointing for White. He’s been unconscious recently, scoring at least 33 points in his last three games.

Whether it be fans of the team or the organization, everyone wants to see if White can keep balling. Here’s to hoping this injury doesn’t set him back!

Bulls odds against the Knicks

All odds are courtesy of The Action Network and are current as of 12:45 pm CT.

The Knicks are currently riding out a six-game losing streak, and the Bulls have lost nine of their last 10 games. Neither one of these teams has much to look forward to for the rest of the season.

Since the Knicks are home and Coby White’s status is up in the air, I’m leaning towards the Knicks in this one.

Prediction: The Knicks win the game and cover the spread.
