As we head into the final stretch of the season, it’s time to start looking toward the draft. Here are 3 guys from the Big 12 that Chicago Bulls fans should keep an eye on.

I wish we could be spending this time of the season talking about who the Chicago Bulls are going to be matched up with in the first round of the playoffs, but sadly, that’s not the case.

Due to injuries and all-around poor execution on both offense and defense, the Bulls’ playoff chances are incredibly slim. According to FiveThirtyEight, the Bulls have a four percent chance of sneaking into the playoffs.

With that being said, let’s look at some potential draftees Bulls fans should keep an eye on. For now, we’ll stick to the Big 12 Conference.

3. Ochai Agbaji

  • College: Kansas
  • Position: Wing
  • Age: 19

The Bulls need serious help on the wings and Ochai Agbaji is one of the most underrated wings in college basketball.

Agbaji’s numbers don’t jump off the page. He’s averaging slightly over 10 points per game this season to go along with 4.1 rebounds and 2.1 assists. It’s his athleticism and versatility, though, that make him an intriguing NBA prospect.

Check this out:

Agbaji could sneak into the first round of the draft, but my gut feeling is that he’ll be an early second-round pick. If he’s around when the Bulls are on the clock for the second time, he should be seriously considered.
