2. The New York Knicks

As long as James Dolan is the owner, the New York Knicks probably won’t see many bright, sunny days. Last summer, after nearly a year of posturing as a team who will get Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, they got… Julius Randle! Congrats, New York!

KD and Kyrie clearly wanted to play in New York. They just chose to play for the city’s other team. You know, the one that doesn’t play in Madison Square Garden, has relatively no history and has a less passionate fan base.

When two superstar players choose the Nets over the Knicks, that’s more than a sign that something is wrong. It’s clear, blatant evidence.

The good news for the Knicks is they have RJ Barrett. No, he’s not Zion Williamson or Ja Morant, but he’s a dang good player and could be the guy to help carry the Knicks forward. But I’ll take Zach LaVine, Wendell Carter Jr. and Lauri Markkanen in Bulls unis over RJ Barrett and whoever else the Knicks have.
