Fourth quarter

The Bulls began the quarter with a few more consecutive stops at the defensive end. Credit goes to the bench mob in these instances. White, Arcidiacono and Harrison set out to stifle the Wizards.

Still, the Wizards led 103-99 through the 9:03 mark, at which point the team called a timeout.

In other developments, White continued to show some court vision when he took to the floor. In one instance, he dished the ball to Kornet for a quick dunk.

The Bulls found themselves down 103-90 through the 7:25 mark. Around that time, LaVine and Satoransky re-entered the game in hopes of staging a bit of a comeback.

LaVine scored 5 quick points to help trim down the Wizards’ lead. All of a sudden, the Bulls were down 103-95 with 6:48 remaining in the fourth quarter.

In another instance, Young took a charge down the stretch forcing Beal to commit an offensive foul.

It appeared the momentum could be turning in favor of the Bulls. However, the defensive breakdowns allowed the Wizards to maintain the lead.

To the Bulls’ dismay, not even LaVine’s hot hand during the fourth quarter could make a difference in the outcome of the game. The Wizards maintained a bit of an advantage nearly all game long.

With a final score of 126-114, the Wizards beat the Bulls.
