Moving on to the Western Conference, let’s take a look at some possible Chicago Bulls trades with the NBA’s Northwest Division.

This division is another very competitive one, yet some of these teams have not seen the start to the season that they expected. Being that the West is as tough as it has ever been, these teams will be looking to get any sort of boost that they can in order to establish themselves as one of the conference’s top dogs. In order to do so, these squads will need to be active come the NBA trade deadline on Feb. 6. The Chicago Bulls would play an interesting role in trading with the teams in this division, as they could be either a buyer or a seller.

There are some very interesting trade rumors and possibilities going around the Northwest division in particular, meaning that anything could happen with these teams come Thursday. Chicago could certainly be a facilitator in a number of these blockbusters, perhaps more so than fans think.

With this being the first segment of this series with a Western Conference team, it is beneficial to know that inter-conference teams are much more likely to both make trades with more frequency and larger trades at that, as teams of opposing conferences only play twice per year and are less concerned about giving a rival assets.

With this being said, it is time to analyze what some possible trades between the Bulls and the Northwest could look like. Per usual, these transactions will all be followed by a thorough analysis of why the deal benefits both teams. Additionally, all proposed trades fall within the NBA’s salary cap rules.
