More than halfway through the 2019-20 regular season, three Chicago Bulls players stick out as the most improved thus far.

A 19-30 record for the Chicago Bulls is not even close to what the fan base expected just beyond the halfway mark of the 2019-20 regular season. The Bulls did nab a solid victory over legendary head coach (and the former boss of their head coach Jim Boylen) Gregg Popovich and the San Antonio Spurs at home at the United Center by the final score of 110-109 on Jan. 27. But the season is still largely considered a disappointment so far.

With all the negative points of reflection that this Bulls team could have beyond the halfway mark of the 2019-20 regular season, it can be more difficult to dig up the positives. But the Bulls do have a handful of players that did manage to improve under all the bad circumstances so far this season.

Which players would most Bulls fans look at and find the most progression from this season?

The first notion would be to look toward the Bulls star players this season, namely shooting guard Zach LaVine. He sticks out as really the only All-Star candidate from this team this season, since center Wendell Carter Jr. went down with an ankle injury earlier this month and power forward Lauri Markkanen really disappointed so far this season.

There is also the consideration of players that improved throughout the regular season on this list.

Here’s a look into the three most improved players for the Chicago Bulls as we near the 50-game mark of the 2019-20 regular season.
